The sound of aeroplanes

Hehe...had quite a lot of fun the past 3 days... at my "second home". Helped out at the czps sailing camp @ nsc, and I haven't had that much enjoyment in eons! The kids were especially serious on the water, but when they came back on land, it was a totally different story. Boys were sneaking out in the middle of the night, climbing out of their rooms on the first floor to the room on the second floor, pillow fights, people knocking on others' doors for no particular reason...and so on. And, most of the "acts" were comitted by P6 boys. Sigh... Of course there were some "big bosses" around, those who stood and watched and didn't leave a finger to help their teammates. There were others who were loud-mouthed. Haiz...the usual lah.
Anyway, treasure hunt was fun but tiring. Bbq was even more of a headache, cos lotsa food was left over and the kids were small eaters. By the time it ended, we(the teacher and student helpers) were conked-out, dead tired. Therefore, we slept well. That was the 2nd night. The first night was a nightmare. Couldn't sleep well because the kids were running around upstairs doing only god-knows-what, and it was aggravated by the fact that aeroplanes were landing every 7-10 mins. It's no joke man! Every time a plane flies by, the blinking lights and the sound of the engines distract me. Haha...but overall, it was fun lah. But I'm chaota-ed now. All because of the merciless sun yesterday.

Oh well, I'm gonna get more sun in the coming weeks though. Batam trip from the 5th till 9th dec, then starhub regatta on 10-11 dec. Woohoo! Oh yeah...saw alvin hong today at nsc where he was signing up for radial open. Haven't seen him in ages...he looks more erm.... well-nourished now. Haha.
