oh yeah, I forgot to blog about a letter that appeared in the forum today. The letter was written to urge public authorities and esplanade authorities to conduct checks on the lighting provided in the staircase areas and such. I hope the authorities do not ignore this plea. Really, I mean how can a simple fall result in a broken skull and severe internal bleeding? It doesn't make any sense right. Its really sad.
