sustained effort

so now i've started on a regime, let's see whether i can keep it up. *fingers crossed*

on another note, my bro's now on a pair of crutches cos he's trying to keep his weight off his right foot. and what's wrong with his right foot you might ask... to keep a long story short, friend pulled hose toward him, hose entangled with pile of trolleys, trolleys collapse onto bro's right foot, scrapping a big chunk of skin off his sole. OUCH! it was a pretty gross sight. so he's been in quite a lot of pain especially when he walks so decided to borrow a pair of crutches from the ER my mum works in. heh. advantages of being a nurse's son/daughter. was cool to see my mum at work, cleaning my bro's wound at the ER last night.

looks like he will not be able to sail for a couple of days till the "weeping" wound dries up. and not be able to play soccer at the cage tmr with the sailors. lol. serves him right. oops. :P
