John Mayer- daughters

The lyrics are meaningful.....

I'm sort of in a melancholic mood right now. and I don't exactly feel like talking or blogging about it.

You know there are times when you don't feel like talking to anyone, you just wanna be alone and locked up in a room. And you feel a sense of peace.

I want that peace.

Tears are a sure sign of your vulnerability. That's why most males try not to cry.

Whatever. This is an incoherent post. Shoo.

I have this feeling that quite a number of people visit my blog but they are like ghosts. They do not make any noises at all. Haha...so if YOU are reading this right now, please tag me so that my tagboard can come alive? Pretty please? I know, only xm has been one of the more faithful ones. Haha.

Anyway, a crazy weekend has just gone past. And, I thought I must be the only one in the whole wide world to be rushing to complete my assignment at the very last minute(very early this morning). But alas, this was not the case. I saw another guy in school today rushing to complete his assignment(which was due at 5pm) at 2.30pm!!! Gosh! Now, that epitomises the meaning of 'last minute'. Wow.

On another note, the heat this past few days has been really unbearable. I'm perspiring as I type.

By the way, caught So you think you can dance on Ch 5 just now, and there were some really good dancers. Another great reality/talent show.

I can't wait for the hols!

breakout!

Argh...I've got a pimple breakout on my face. Not a good sign. The stress is getting to everyone man. But today was a rather productive day...but still got miles to go. Sigh.
But anyway, there is a food haven at Purvis street, in Bugis. I mean, I knew there were very good eats there, but I've never noticed a quaint little cafe in the midst of restaurants and eating houses. That is, until today. My cousin brought me to this cafe called Miss Clarity cafe in Purvis street, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised at its level of service and quality of food, and at reasonable prices too. It also provides free broadband internet access. How cool is that? I will definitely be visiting that place again sometime soon. :) Back to my assignment!

Haha...seems like they are finally making their stand known. Finally, teachers can live their lives in peace and have some sort of privacy and protection from very concerned parents who can't wait to tell you in person.

Anyway, seems like everyone around me is getting attached.

My life is boring. But I'm beginning to feel stressed again. With all these mind-boggling assignments, of course.

I don't have anything interesting to say...damn sad right?

Oh yea, XM: I saw this guy from TA again. He boards from Pasir Ris. I really wonder if he's your classmate. :)

I can't wait for end-April!!! Hmph. Help.

lastminute.com

Yea...think everyone's rushing to finish/refine their LPs now... Sigh. I'm taking a breather though, worked at it the whole day, think my brain's gonna explode soon. Need to have a breath of fresh air.

On another note, I feel like I'm a 14 year old teenager who is not trusted when she says she's staying home to do her work on the computer. Gosh. My mum actually asked me "You sure you doing work? Not playing games on the computer?" Like what are you trying to imply? That I'm still the naive, immature daughter of yours? Urgh. I can't believe she nags at me at the smallest, most trivial things man. Like not bothering to keep the food in the fridge. Bah.

Haha...I'm semi-tanned again. Thanks to the sun yesterday. Oh well... I'm probably going to neglect this blog for a bit whhile trying to complete assignments. Take care people. Oh yeah, Happy 21st Birthday in advance Jac! Love ya... :)

milkshakes attack!

Haha...yeah... Many people have been seen queueing up at the Mac's dessert counters to try out the milkshakes. And, its not bad...quite nice, bearing in mind I did not have a chance to try it before they stopped selling it many years ago. Heh.

I can't stand organisations who like to hog the limelight. Seriously, do the newspapers have nothing better to publish than a girl who supposedly "have the potential to appear in FHM"? My goodness, seriously, I suggest they better concentrate on working to produce results at the 2008 Beijing Olympics lest they become laughing stocks then. I really can't wait to see what kind of results the will produce. I won't be surprised if they flop badly. Haha...ok, I am being mean here. So anyway, just because she has the "perfect bod" in SS' eyes(as a crew), dosen't mean it gives them the right to announce it to the whole wide world. And what's that about being the poster girl? She's not even close to being "drop-dead gorgeous" lah. Simply put, SS picked her just because she's young and tall(perfect requirement for a crew to replace another retiring crew). I mean, what about the other athletes who work so much harder than her? I'm sure they deserve to be featured in the news as much as her, if not more. That's all I have to say for now.
